This beautiful holiday cottage has been equipped to provide excellent luxury holiday accommodation and is an ideal base to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere but is also ideally located to explore and enjoy the spectacular North Coast and its many popular tourist attractions.

Mussenden Lodge is a detached bungalow with all its accommodation and facilities all on ground floor level. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 (with an additional cot if requested). The accommodation comprises of a fully fitted kitchen and utility room. Spacious lounge, dining room, 3 good sized bedrooms (1 double ensuite with shower, 1 double, 1 twin), bathroom with walk in shower, integrated garage, fully enclosed rear garden, front garden and private off road parking.

The cottage is fully equipped with everything required for a very comfortable stay and bed linen and towels are provided for guest use. In addition we also provide freeview, internet access and a payphone if required for convenience.

The cottage is based within close walking distance to the beach, shops, play park train and bus station etc.

Mussenden Lodge is a detached bungalow with all the facilities on ground floor level.
It has a beautiful fully enclosed private rear garden laid in lawn with a variety of shrubs and trees, an ideal spot to sit in the sun, relax and unwind. The garden also contains outdoor garden furniture and a BBQ. The front garden is also laid in lawn with mature shrubs, bushes etc. The private tarmac driveway, which can accommodate off road parking for at least 2 cars leads into the garage, which has an electric roller door. The garage can be used as a drying area for wet suits, angling equipment etc or as a storage space for golf clubs and surfboards etc.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people and in addition a travel cot and highchair can be provided if requested. It has oil-fired central heating and is double glazed throughout.

Dining Room – includes dining table and chairs, radio and a selection of books and other reading material.

Kitchen/Dinette – A fully fitted cherry kitchen with eye level built in fan oven/grill, 4 ring ceramic hob, extractor fan and dishwasher. It also contains a good selection of cooking equipment, utensils and crockery and also includes a coffee maker, espresso maker, Kenwood chef mixer, food processor, liquidizer, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan, George Foreman grill, CD/Radio, TV, Table and Chairs etc.

Utility Room – with automatic Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Iron/Ironing Board etc.

3 Good Sized Bedrooms –
Master Bedroom - Has a Double Bed, TV, and Hairdryer. It has a good range of Wardrobes, Drawers and a Dressing Table with Stool. It has additional blankets and an electric over blanket if required for those colder winter nights. The Master Bedroom also has its own en-suite with WC, washbasin, walk in shower and shaver point etc.
Bedroom Two - With Double Bed and is fully fitted with a good range of Wardrobes, Drawers and Dressing Table with Stool. There are additional blankets and an electric under blanket is available if required for those colder winter nights.
Bedroom Three - has 2 Single/Twin Beds, TV, Wardrobe, Drawers, Dressing table and stool etc and additional blankets are also available if required.
