Near Well Cottage is situated on the edge of the Kenidjack moors and Tinners Way footpath. Conveniently close to St Just and with a choice of pubs in walking distance. As the crow flies, the coast is a mile distant, Botalack and the Crowns Mines.It is a peaceful hamlet, geese on the green and sunny aspect, the nearest beach is Potheras, a five minute drive and short headland walk.
There are three bedrooms upstairs and bathroom, cosy library room, kitchen and living area downstairs. One third of the ground floor is under glass, very light, there is a large storm porch and lawn at the front. Ten granite steps lead to the private rear garden. The cottage is fully equiped.
