Oak Tree Lodge - sleeps 4

Oak Tree Lodge is a fully equipped, self catering log cabin situated in the beautifully landscaped setting of Aynsome Manor Park near Cartmel, within the Lake District National Park.

It is ideally located in a rural setting for fine walking and tours. The southern tip of Lake Windermere is just 4 miles away, and within a short walking distance is the historic village of Cartmel (just over half a mile away).

This idyllic timber frame lodge sleeps four comfortably, with a south facing garden area and west facing terrace, ideal for alfresco dining. Access to an orchard is directly at the rear of the lodge, a permitted & perfect playing playing area for children


The Accommodation

The entrance leads through to an open plan living & dining area. The spacious, wood-beamed room has a wooden floor, includes a gas log fire, electric heater, flatscreen TV/DVD using Sky Freeview, Leather suite & dining table. The living area opens onto the terrace through French doors.

The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven & hob, fridge (with freezer compartment) , microwave, toaster and kettle; sorry, no dishwasher or washing machine. You'll find all the crockery and utensils that you should need.

One double bedroom with a king size duvet, electric heater, fitted warbrobe, cupboards & drawers.

One twin bedroom with single beds, duvets, electric heater, fitted wardrobe & chest of drawers.

The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower, washbasin & toilet.

> Well behaved dogs welcome.

> Bed linen is provided, however please bring your own towels.
