Converted from a water mill 22 years ago, Old Mill Barn has provided a comfortable and enjoyable holiday location ever since. There are 5 bedrooms to accommodate up to 10, with discounts if 5 or less wish to come. There is a bathroom with additional shower upstairs, and large walk in shower room downstairs. The living and dining area is open plan with impressive beamed ceiling. There is also a small galleried area which has proved a great corner to teenage members of the group to escape to. The TV is digital with Freeview.

There is a wood burning stove, with 2 bags of logs included, and the property is heated by electric storage heating throughout (included in price). The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric double oven, ceramic top stove, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as fridge-freezer and microwave. The garden is elevated to the rear and has good views over the lovely village to the front, and open fields to the Pennines at the back.

Parking is at the front of the property and can accommodate up to 5 cars. Dogs are very welcome, and the cost for up to 2 pets is £15. There is a high chair and cot for little ones and stair gates.
