All of our rooms are appointed with many creature comforts with high quality bed linen, flat screen LCDTV with DVD player, beverage tray, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and all the bathrooms benefit from the latest shower technology, luxurious Egyptian cotton towels and complimentary toiletries.They are all regularly decorated and refurbished to keep them fresh, vibrant and comfortable for your stay.

We have two light and airy premier double rooms at the front of the house both having king-sized beds and there are two comfortable double bedded rooms on the second floor one with a shower the other with a bath.

Our flexible family room can accommodate a family of 2 adults and 2 children and can also be used as an adult triple, double or twin bedded room.

We have one twin bedded room and for single travellers we have 2 well appointed single bedded rooms.

The rooms are arranged over the first and second floors.

We are unable to provide any ground floor accommodation

Our guests’ lounge has local information, a varied selection of books and guides to the extensive attractions available in the Lake District, which will help you decide on what to do during your stay.
