“Sandbanks” is a unique dormer bungalow on three levels. To the front is a paved area suitable for parking two cars, with direct access to front door.
Entrance hall with stairs up to first floor lounge. This has French doors and a Juliette balcony offering magnificent views to the Camel Estuary. (Care should be taken with small children in this area)The room is well furnished with leather settees, an arm chair and sofa bed. Coffee tables, lamps, storage units containing leaflets on local information, walks, books and magazines for visitor use. TV with Sky and internet access. DVD/Video, CD/Digital radio.Xbox.

Bedrooms lead off the hall,one kingsize, one double and one supersize/2x3ft singles. All have en-suite facilities, TV and hairdryer and are well equipped with wardrobe, drawer space and a heated towel rail.

An open plan kitchen/dining room which offers views of the Camel Estuary. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with gas hob in centre island, double electric oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer with ice-making facilities, dishwasher and radio/dvd. The table seats 10.

There is also a contemporary traventine tiled family bathroom with P shape shower bath, sink, toilet and heated towel rail.

A door leads from the hall next to the bathroom downstairs to the lower level to bedroom 4 which has a supersize/2 x 3' singles, wardrobe and drawers, TV and hairdryer. Door leads to rear patio.(ceiling height is lower in this room)

Outside to the rear there is a utility room with WC and sink, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Space for storing wet suits, walking boots etc Windbreaks and parasols for use. Wet suits can be washed out using hose in adjacent store room.

Patio rear garden on two levels, the lower level is approached via stone steps. This is pebbled with table, chairs, parasol, barbeques, sun-beds and outside lighting. A high fence gives privacy and a rear gate leads to parking for 2 cars (we need to point out that this is area is quite narrow for turning but is a useful alternative to parking on the road). Garage can be used to store bicycles.

Bedding – duvets, pillows, linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach and dog towels. Please mention when booking whether you need the supersize double or two single beds. Travel cot, (no linen) stair-gate and high chair are provided. Gas and Electricity included.

Strictly no smoking. Well behaved pets allowed with prior arrangement. Changeover day is usually Friday in high season but we are flexible at other times and for shorter stays.
