Property description
Situated in a quiet residential area but within walking distance of the town. Convenient for the Festival Theatre, Hospital, University and about a five minute drive to Goodwood. Double room with bathroom and a Twin Room with shower room. A single room is also available with the twin but is not let seperately. There is a conservatory which is also available for guests to use and a substantial breakfast is served here as well as the dining room. Children over ten are welcome but unfortunately not dogs. Pen Cottage is strictly non smoking and credit cards are not accepted. A warm welcome is promised.

Local events include Racing at Goodwood, Festival of Speed, Revival and Vintage. Chichester Festival Theatre, a 15 min walk. Close to open countryside and various walks to The Downs. The University is a 10 min walk and two excellent restaurants are near. The Open Air Museum at Singleton is an excellent place to visit as well as West Dean Gardens.
