Property description
Penhesken Farm is a working Dairy Farm, run by Jonathan & Amanda Berridge. Situated in a quiet location on the beautiful Roseland Penninsular.
We have very popular destinations within easy reach the very pretty village of St Mawes and the Cathedral City of Truro are just 15mins drive away whilst the picturesque Heligan Gardens and the well know Eden Project are nearby.
We have sandy beaches on 4 miles away and plenty of beautiful coastal footpaths to explore.
We have two very spacious bedrooms, One is ensuite and the other has it's own newly refurbished private bathroom, with walk-in shower and a corner bath.
Both rooms have a double and a single bed with plenty of space for a camp bed if required.
All beds are made with duvets, cottons sheets and soft towels. Rooms have televisions with DVD player & tea/coffee making facilities.
Breakfast is served in the dining room where guests are seated at individual tables.
Full English breakfast is included in the price and is served using our own sausages, free range eggs from the chickens in the garden and local bacon.
A continental option is available with cheese, ham ,etc. Fresh fruit juice, a selection of cereals and yoghurts are available daily.

Area description
Nearby Truro is an historic Market Town full of richness and diversity. The Wednesday Livestock Market is a centre for the farming community and has modern, purposebuilt premises on the edge of Truro. Down in the centre of town, the Pannier Market is the largest of Truro’s indoor markets and offers a huge range of goods, with something of interest for every shopper.
Our maritime heritage is important to us, with river trips to Falmouth and to Trelissick Gardens, with its elaborate gardens, wide open spaces and fantastic views of the Carrick Roads which are a photographers delight.
Truro Cathedral dominates the skyline and plays an important part in the City's story. It hosts lunchtime recitals, evening concerts and plays.
Relax in the open spaces. The Victoria Gardens are near the City centre and provide a haven of peace among the award winning floral displays - a lovely setting for an alfresco lunch, popular with locals and visitors.
