Swallow & Combe Cottages are both situated in a Quiet location below the South Downs close to the historic market town of Steyning plus direct access to woodland walks to the South Downs way.
Both Cottages have WI-FI Broadband internet Cable & Wirless Connections. including
many other facilities for your comfort, which is our priority.

The two Cottages are in our garden which is set within the forty acre redundent Dary farm and were converted at each end of an old farm building, all on ground floor level, giving easy wheelchair access to all rooms.

Both Cottages have been awarded a Five-Star rating by: The English Tourism Council
Quality Standard Assured.

Each Cottage has one double Bedroom with en-suite large shower/bathroom also a
double sofa-bed in the open plan Lounge/Diner/Kitchen, which is fully equipped
with all facilities.
