This large, split-level Guest House in Cornwall comprises of three (4-poster, king-size double and twin/super king-size double) spacious en-suite bedrooms, a dining room, lounge and sloping garden that all make the most of the stunning sea and countryside views of Portmellon, Chapel Point and beyond.

The famous Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are both nearby and all of Cornwall's major attractions are reachable within an hour. Ample, free, off-road parking is available.

For dining out the quaint Rising Sun Inn is a short stroll away and Mevagissey, with its many fine restaurants, is only a 15 minute walk away.

Our Eden room is luxurious and spacious with a romantic 4-poster bed and patio doors which lead out into the garden and a large en-suite bathroom.

Our Heligan room - named after the famous Lost Gardens of Heligan - is airy and bright with a king-size double bed and fully, tiled en-suite bathroom.

Our Lanhydrock room is extremely popular and can be arranged as either a super-king-sized double or a twin bedded room.
Complete with an en-suite shower room this also benefits from panoramic sea views.

All rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, flat screen TV/DVD players, mini-bars, bath robes, free wireless internet, a private door our into the garden and sea views.

Guests are also welcome to relax in the comfortable lounge and make use of the extensive selection of guide books, maps and brochures or the fabulous garden with its many decks which where they can relax and enjoy the sunshine.
