Property description
This is a ground floor apartment with easy access attached
to a large 17th century farmhouse. It has it's own garden
with furniture and parking beside the property.There is a
lounge/diner with TV, DVD player and radio/cassette player. There is a multi
fuel burner. The large kitchen has an electric cooker,
fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.The bedroom
has a double and single bed and we can add a further small
single or cot to accommodate a family of 4.
The bathroom has toilet, washbasin and bath with an electric
shower over.

Area description
The property is situated in a rural location on a livestock
farm, between Truro and Falmouth. It offers access to both
north and south coasts with their beaches. There are many National Trust
properties and gardens open in the area. Easy access to
horse riding and cycling. Boat trips from Falmouth to Truro
or the Helford. There are watersports in the area.
