The level of finish is very high throughout & includes carefully co-ordinated fabrics, leather sofas, and quartz work surfaces in the kitchen.

Adjacent to the impressive dining area are 2 lounge areas, both with TV’s & a total of 7 leather sofas.

There is a selection of games available as well as table tennis which can be played in the dining area.

The kitchen is beautifully equipped with two hobs 7 cookers, an American style fridge freezer (plus a second beer / wine fridge for all those extra bottles), dishwasher, and washer dryer.

There is ample crockery, and glasses needed for the group.

For those not wishing to avail themselves of these kitchen facilities (!) all dining requirements can be catered for by local suppliers.

For a more alfresco experience there is a secure patio garden area complete with 2 picnic benches & large BBQ.

We welcome children and families - two of the bedrooms being suitable for families with a double bed and bunks (which are also suitable for adult usage if need be), and a secure patio and BBQ area.

The property is wheelchair friendly with 3 downstairs bedrooms available, one of which with a wet room equipped to disabled standards
