Property description
The cottage offers two double bedrooms, one with built in wardrobes, a bathroom with show over, lounge with freesat television and a dvd player and joins a dining kitchen area. There is also a lower ground floor utility room with a washing machine and dryer and is suitable for outdoor equipment.
There are wonderful views over th surrounding countryside.
Crockery and cuttlery is provided for upto 6 people and a BBQ is available for use.
All linen and towels are included.
All utility costs are included.
There is on street parking outside the front of the property.
The cottage is a few minutes drive from the centre of Buxton which offers, shopping, coffee shops, parks, theater, festivals, pubs and restaurants.

Area description
The wonderful town of Buxton is one of our great historical Spa towns. It is also the highest market town in England.
It makes a great base for a holiday in the Peak District. The A6 and A515 roads take you quickly and scenically to the pretty towns of Bakewell and Ashbourne, and to Chatsworth, the seat of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire.
The Opera House offers something for everyone with family shows and pantomimes to Christmas to top comedy names performing stand-up.
The Buxton Festival has become one of Britainâs best. Held annually through three weeks in July it draws many famous national and international names from the worlds of literature and music (of the opera, chamber and classical variety). A flourishing fringe runs parallel with the festival proper and is now the biggest in England. It includes a fascinating range of events: music; theatre; poetry; comedy; fine arts and much more.
The Gilbert and Sullivan festival has also won huge acclaim since its inception in 1994 and is now of world importance. It follows the Buxton festival at the end of July and runs into mid-August.
The stunning Peak district scenery affords opportunities for extensive sight seeing by car, on foot, by bicycle, or even horseback.
