The apartment is set in the Brecklands of Norfolk and forms part of The Old Rectory which is surrounded by two acres of landscaped gardens. Next door is the Saxon Church which has a rare round tower and thatched roof.
The apartment sleeps two adults in a large bed sitting room with double bed, sofa bed, easy chair, widescreen television with Freeview, video and DVD. Also there is WiFi for internet access.

Area description
Beachamwell is situated five miles from Swaffham, a typical Norfolk town. There are a good range of shops, a variety of restaurants, pubs and Saturday market. Swaffham stars as Market Shipborough in the popular TV drama Kingdom starring Stephen Fry.
Local attractions include Oxborough Hall, Gooderstone Water Gardens, Cockley Cley Iceni Village, Ecotech and the famous Wind Turbine.
The area is excellent for country walking, cycling and bird watching.
