River Walk Cottage

River Walk is a delightful character cottage set alongside the riverwalk in the beautiful coastal town of Aberaeron, yet only a short easy distance from the town centre. Aberaeron is situated at the mouth of the River Aeron. With its elegant, brightly painted houses, sparkling water and picturesque harbour, this charming Georgian seaside town is sometimes known as the "Jewel of Cardigan Bay". Serving the rural communities of the area, the bustling town offers good shopping and craft centres selling local produce, plenty of pubs and eateries, leisure centre, swimming pool, 9-hole pitch & putt golf course, regattas, concerts, festivals, carnival, and delightful walks and cycle rides.

The cottage sleeps up to six people in 2 or 3 bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table/stool and comfortable chairs. Upstairs is an open plan gallery with twin single beds at one end and a double bed at the other divided by a walkway. There are two wardrobes, two dressing tables, four bedside cabinets, three chairs and two velux windows, the areas can be screened off for privacy with the use of the screens provided.

The bathroom is on the ground floor and is a wet room with a shower, WC and wash-hand basin. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery, iron and ironing board. A stable door leads from the kitchen to the small patio area which is enclosed and secure, complete with a garden table and chairs. The lounge area is open plan and spacious, there is comfortable seating for six, digital TV, DVD player, radio and a dining table with chairs.

River Walk is double glazed and has central heating via a combi boiler which also provides the hot water. Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels. Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome at an additional £10 per pet per week. Parking is on the street.
