Riverside is situated in one of the most picturesque vantage points in North Gower overlooking Whiteford Burrows. The property enjoys stunning rural views and has double glazing, oil-fired central heating and a woodburning stove. Walking distance to local pub and renowned Britannia Inn Restaurant.

The entrance hall has an attractive tiled Victorian fireplace and book shelves. The large farmhouse style kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped with dishswasher, microwave, electric cooker, fridge and TV. French doors overlook the terrace and large attractive rear garden. The utility room has a washing machine/tumble drier and fridge/freezer. There is a downstairs cloakroom with shower, sink and wc.

The spacious beamed lounge/dining room has French doors overlooking the rear terrace (locked for security reasons), and an attractive stone fireplace with woodburning stove. It is furnished with 3 sofas, occasional furniture, colour TV, large dining table and chairs. Free WiFi and Sky+ HD is available.

The property can accommodate 8 people in one twin and three double bedrooms. The large master bedroom has an antique bedstead, large fitted wardrobes, chests of drawers and TV. The ensuite bathroom comprises shower cubicle, sink, wc and jacuzzi bath. The balcony from the master bedroom has superb views over the Whiteford Burrows and Gower countryside.

The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, sink and ensuite shower and wc. The third bedroom has an antique bedstead, large fitted wardrobes and dressing table. The twin bedroom has a wardrobe, dressing table and side cupboards. The main bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink, wc and bath. There is also a separate cloakroom with sink and wc.

NOTE:
Changeover days are usually Saturdays, but please enquire if other days or lengths of stay are required.

Kingsize duvets and pillows are provided, but we do not provide sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels or table linen which guests need to bring.

A £25 charge is made for pets.
