Royal Road apartment sleeps 4+1 and there is a cot and high chair for a baby.

There are two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Bedroom two can be a family room, a twin room or for a couple. It is very spacious. It has a double bed and a single bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The very comfortable has digital TV, DVD player and stereo equipment. There is a fully fitted kitchen/dining room with dishwashing machine and there is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.
Walled-garden is paved with flower beds, wooden garden furniture and barbecue.

Royal Road is in the heart of the Westcliffe Conservation area of Ramsgate, a stone's throw from the Royal Harbour Yacht Marina, quiet sandy beaches, the town centre and local restaurants. The historic Cinque Port of Sandwich, and its golf courses, is a short drive away. The house is about 100 yards from the cliff top promenade, which overlooks the Ramsgate to Ostend ferry port and the English Channel.
