Welcome to our delightful 4 bedroomed house overlooking the famous beach at Polzeath, just a 3 minute walk away. It enjoys spectacular views of the North Cornish coastline up to the rugged Pentire Head to the North and Stepper to the South - an area of outstanding beauty.
The property is close to the village, shops, restaurants and beach, is self contained, private and away from the main road with every comfort and appliance to help make your holiday as relaxing as possible.The ground floor consists of a large lounge and conservatory overlooking the gardens out to sea.

There is a large kitchen Diner with seating for 10 people. The kitchen area has a Fridge, Freezer, Electric cooker, Gas hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine and Tumble dryer (High Chair available)

Also on the ground floor there is a large bathroom with seperate Bath and Shower, Hand Basin and Toilet. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a zip and link King size bed which can be made as 2 singles whilst the other bedroom is a standard double.
The stair case (stair gates are available) leads up to the 1st floor where there are 2 more bedrooms, both with sea views. One room is a standard double with 2 single beds at the bottom end of the room whilst the other bedroom has a zip and link bed which can be made into either a King size double or 2 singles. There is stored under this bed a single put-me-up bed. There is also a shower room with hand basin and toilet.
The house has full gas fired central heating and all bedrooms are furnished with easy chairs, wardrobes and draw space.
All bed linen is supplied and beds will be made up to your instructions.
Towels can be supplied and will be charged for seperately.
Outside we have a gated large lawned area, decking with outside tables and chairs, a barbeque and a rotary clothes line.
