The property has three bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. There are 2 double bedrooms – the largest has access to a balcony with panoramic views of the sea and to the Isle of Wight, this has twin beds – the other in the front has a double bed. The third small bedroom has a bunk bed. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. The first floor bathroom contains a toilet and a bath. Downstairs there is a shower room with toilet and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, gas hob, double electric oven and grill, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. The large through lounge/diner has comfortable sofas and arm chairs with a dining table that seats up to 8. Facilities inclide a TV, DVD and video plus a selection of books and films. The lounge connects with a south facing sun room which has two sun chairs and a further small dining table. The property has a smallish paved rear garden which leads onto a communal area shared with the other residents of Clayton Court, and directly onto the beach.

There is off-road parking for 2 cars in front of and opposite the garage. There are always parking places in Clayton Road (no meters or yellow lines) despite the close proximity to the beach.

The house is gas centrally heated via radiators and there is a gas fire in the lounge. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Pets accepted by prior agreement. An outside hosepipe is available for washing your dog down and Selsey West Beach allows dogs all year round.

The weekly hire period allows for arrival at the property by 3pm on Friday evening, departing by 10.30 am the following Friday morning

Short breaks are available from October to march for a minimum of 3 nights at 60% of the full weekly rate plus additional nights at 20% of the weekly rate. All fuel and power is included in rent.
