Mousley House Farmhouse and its barn conversions are situated just five miles north of Warwick Town off the A4471 set in beautiful undulating Warwickshire countryside. The nearby linked motorways M42, M40, M1, M6 and M5 give easy access to London, Birmingham, Manchester, Worcester, Bath and Bristol.
The barns have been converted sympathetically to keep original features where possible. We are an equestrian based farm with xc fences and offer onsite private tuition from a BSI for dressage show jumping as well as xc.

Less than two hours drive from London, the Warwickshire Forest of Arden, which was heavily cleared in the 18th century to supply the needs of British ship-building, still shows its presence with clusters of old oak trees set amongst the rolling hills and lush valleys. The old town of Warwick, with its famous Warwick Castle still holds jousting tournaments and medieval fighting as part of a days' entertainment for the visiting crowds. Warwick centre offers a variety of eating places from traditional fish and chips to exotic Thai food and is surrounded by villages offering a surprisingly rich selection of foodie pubs and stylish smart eateries such as The Durham Ox, The Waterman, The Crabmill and the Cock Horse, allegedly the hostelry referred to in the nursery rhyme 'ride a cock horse to Banbury Cross'. The Regency town of Leamington Spa with its elegant shops and boutiques is nearby, as is Hatton Country World with its animal petting and rare breeds centre. There is also a busy shopping village there offering everything from garden ornaments and kitchen utensils to shoes and clothing. Although we have the usual supermarkets offering home delivery for groceries, there are several local well stocked farm shops provides locally produced meat and vegetables to the public. Just twenty minutes drive south east is the bustling town of Stratford Upon Avon with its famous Shakespearian Theatre, shops and of course Shakespearean history, which is an obvious attraction for locals as well as tourists. For a children's, or adults, day out Cadbury World is only a short drive down the M42 and looking more southerly the beautiful Cotswolds offers a peaceful day out for all in tranquil surroundings at the Cotswold Farm Park. Being centrally situated in the Midlands we are also lucky to have such venues for concerts and shows as the NIA in Birmingham, the NEC at the Royal Showground at Stoneleigh and the Three Counties Showground at Malvern.
