Although this house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the owners, only like to let it to TWO or FOUR people, (although babies in arms are accepted) allowing the house to retain it's near perfect condition.
Prices range from £230.00 per week in the low season to £470.00 in the high season, with £25.00 extra per person after two people.

On the Ground floor of this lovely house there is a large lounge/dining room and the galley kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen has all the facilities that you would expect including, fitted units in pine, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge and deep freeze.

The First floor has two bedrooms, the large master bedroom and a single bedroom, and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a seaview and is furnished with a dressing table and wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath, WC and a shower and basin.

If there were four of you , then the privacy is ideal, as on the Second Floor accessed by another stair-case, there are two more large double bedrooms, twin beds in each. Where there is also another bathroom with WC, shower and vanity basin

The house also has its courtyard, along with flowers and garden furniture.

Get up early and see one of the best sun-rises in the world climbing up over the sea, or watch the sun-set splashing down into the sea from the sea front.

Go to Holkam and you may be lucky and see the Queens Cavalry Horses having their summer break on the sands. Or walk in the pine trees which flank this beach.

The famous Sheringham Golf Club is 5 mins by car.
