Silvershell View, Port Isaac

Silvershell view is a luxury self catering accommodation that sleeps 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms, a double with en suite walk in shower, a twin room and a super king size room that can also be made into an additional twin room. There are TV/DVD players in each of the bedrooms with oak flooring, oak blinds and high quality beds and furnishings.

The main bathroom has both a separate shower and double ended bath, high quality fittings and a shaver point.

A separate living room with double aspect windows, leather sofas, open fireplace and large flat screen TV provide a relaxing sitting area. From the front window views of the setting sun can be enjoyed over Lobber Point and out over the rooftops to sea.
The Kitchen has been completely refurbished with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The Garden room extends off the kitchen with bi fold doors opening on two sides to the lovely Cornish garden offering a space to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather. The garden is a delight with paved patio area, lawned area and additional raised terrace from which to watch the sunset across the rooftops to the sea and Lobber Point. Wth the addition of parking for two cars the property really is an ideal place from which to base for a perfect relaxing North Cornwall holiday.

The house will be fully prepared and cleaned with all bed linen, beds made up and household towels included in the price. Oil and electricity are also included.

We have only been letting Silvershell View for under two years and have guests who have returned to us 3 or more times in both winter and summer as the perfect base to enjoy all that Port Isaac and North Cornwall has to offer. We welcome well behaved pets, can store bikes or surf boards in the garage and have many families and walkers for whom the accommodation offers all that you will need for a great holiday.
