Property description
Skillywadden Barn has an entrance hall on the ground floor, leading to one double and one twin bedded room, each with its' own en suite toilet and shower. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided and included in the cost.
A central staircase leads to the light modern sitting room with views over open countryside. The sitting room is equipped with flat screen television, DVD player, vhs video, a selection of family games, and for cosy evenings a cast iron wood burning stove.
From the sitting room, walk through to the kitchen/ diner. This is equipped with a double oven ceramic hob electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and all the utensils, crockery and cutlery needed for a comfortable stay. French doors lead to a wooden balcony overlooking the garden.
Parking is available for 2 cars within the grounds.

Area description
Towednack is a small hamlet just off the coast road from St. Ives to Zennor and Lands End. Situated in farmland and moorland, it is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, and is an ideal base for walking, cycling and touring the south west tip of Cornwall. It is also convenient for St. Ives and Penzance, and near enough to the A30 to make trips further afield possible.
The Tinners Way runs past the Barn, and the South West Coast Path is nearby, connected by a network of local footpaths, making it possible to enjoy a variety of walks. Popular venues such as the Minnack Theatre, Cape Cornwall and Botallack are within easy reach.
