Surrounded by rolling hills and fields, and peacefully set in 6 acres, the cottage is approached from a very quiet lane just 2 miles from Bala Lake. A genuine stable conversion of superior quality with lawned gardens to the front and side, and private timber decked south-facing patio.

Spacious hallway, large sitting room with gas converted villager stove set in brick and slate inglenook fireplace and garden door to patio area. Steps down from hallwayto spacious dining kitchen with stable door to garden. Stairs up from hallway to first loor landing. Double bedroom, with king sized be. Second bedroom with two single beds. Fully tiled bathroom with bath tub, shower mixer for hair washing only, WC and hand basin.

Pampering services available at your cottage such as Aromatherapy massage, babysitting services, restaurant transportation, breakfast and barbecue hamper delivery, holiday gift vouchers and much more.

Each cottage has a washing machine, ironing board and steam iron, dishwasher, full hob and oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster and cafetiere. Complimentary drying service, each cottage has a radio/CD player, a main TV with DVD and video as well as a TV/DVD in the master bedroom.

Shared use of the Timber Trail Childrens Play Area, 4 acre paddock with resident sheep, lawned gardens and courtyard.

The Cyffdy Retreat Function Suite is available for hire when all 4 on-site cottages are booked together. This function room has a 50" plasma TV, real log fire, leather sofas and dining table seating up to 14 guests.
