There are two bedrooms, one double & one twin, a family bathroom with corner bath & shower over, a compact kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge with freezer box & ample crockery, cutlery & utensils for 4. The comfortable lounge/diner has a 3 piece suite, dining table & chairs, electric fire, digital freeview TV, DVD & VCR Player, Radio/CD Player & discs, books & indoor games. There are sliding doors from the lounge that lead to the enclosed garden & patio. There is parking outside the front door of the Annexe. All power, heating, linen & towels are included.
