A warm welcome awaits you at 'Sunnydeck' ground floor apartment, an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. Central location, just a couple of minutes walk to the town & 10 minutes easy walk to beach & estuary. Perfect for couples wanting to explore the West Country any time of year. There is a range of activities close to the property & a lovely decked area to catch the sunshine & relax. The large double bedroom has King size bed with high quality mattress, plenty of storage space, TV. The comfy lounge has 2 & 3 seat settee (3 seat can be converted to make additional bed for guests by arrangement). The lounge has gas fire, large Flat screen digital TV DVD & stereo. Kitchen with electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer & dishwasher. The shower room has shower cubical with electric shower, basin & toilet. Separate dining area with extending table. Linen & towels provided. Gas, heating & electric included. OFF ROAD PARKING (for medium size car eg: golf estate)
Exmouth lies at the mouth of the River Exe and has two miles of golden sands for you to explore. A nature reserve spreads across a large part of the estuary, and is home to many birds and other wildlife. It is also at the start of the Jurassic Coast Heritage Path, a coastal and cliff-top walk that takes you all the way to Lyme Regis. A short ferry ride will take you to Starcross and Dawlish where you can walk to Powderham Castle and waterside pubs.
The town centre has a wide variety of shops and an indoor market. There are a number of parks in and around the town. There are numerous sporting activities you can enjoy during your stay. Water sports including windsurfing, kite surfing, jet ski, wake boarding and water skiing to name a few!
Exmouth has a railway station, and a short ride will take you to the city of Exeter with its many attraction. Next to the station is a Exmouth Sports Centre with two heated swimming pools and a variety of sports. The town also has a cinema
