Swallow Barn is ideally positioned for exploring the North Norfolk Coast, with its clean, sandy beaches, as well as the Norfolk Broads and Norwich (30 mins), with its castle, theatres, shops and nightlife. Within 3 miles you will find an excellent family-run butchery, 2 open-late general stores, scrumptious bakery, 2 takeaways and good pub food.

The ground floor accommodation comprises:

* Bedroom 1 with double bed, en-suite with shower, and cot option.

* Bedroom 2 with twin single beds.

* Family bathroom with bath and shower over.

* Kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, ironing board, iron, breakfast bar.

* Open-plan dining area with table and 6 chairs, opening onto patio, with garden table, chairs and barbecue.

* Living Room - a large beamed room with vaulted ceiling. Leather 2 and 3 seater settees, bed settee, desk, occasional tables, widescreen TV with Freeview box and DVD. Woodburner with logs provided.

* Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly.
