Tan Llan is a lovely farmhouse, attached cottage and fully serviced caravan site on it's own 7 acres in the village of Tudweiliog. It offers stunning views of the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia. It is only 10 minutes walk from a perfect sandy beach - Towyn and 5 minutes walk from a family friendly local pub - The Lion.

The Farmhouse (3 bedrooms sleeps 7) and Cottage (3 bedrooms sleeps 6) are connected and can be rented separately or as one. Ample parking is provided for cars, boats etc, and sheds are available to store any sports equipment if required.


Farmhouse

3 Bedrooms, sleeps 7

Tan Llan Farmhouse has panoramic views from all rooms - a perfect setting to watch the sun go down.

It is newly carpeted, decorated and furnished throughout and has all modern electrical appliances including a new washer drier, dishwasher and fridge.

The lounge boasts a striking inglenook fireplace with cast iron stove, an antique piano, a 32inch LCD TV, a DVD player and a leather 3, 2 and 1 seat sofa set. It is a perfect room to socialise, unwind, read a book, or play the piano.

A travel cot with bedding, a high chair and changing matt are provided as is a range of reading and cookery books.

A master bedroom with king size sleigh bed, a double bedroom and a triple bunk room, with double lower and single upper are located on the first floor. Next to the bedrooms is a large bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath.

All beds - including monogram duvets and top quality mattresses - are made up ready for your arrival.

The Farmhouse is centrally heated with new radiators in every room.

The kitchen opens onto a safe enclosed garden with furniture, parasol and a selection of childrens toys. Next to this is a large courtyard and seven acres of open land with swings - all set well back from the road.

During summer our small friendly caravan site is perfect for children to play, take part in games and meet new friends.

Cottage

3 Bedrooms, sleeps 6

Tan Llan cottage is situated to the side of the farmhouse and offers stunning views to the sea.

Entry is through a galley kitchen which has all modern appliances including a new dishwasher, fridge and gas cooker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large homely lounge with a dining area. The lounge has a comfy 3 piece suite, a tv, dvd and coal effect electric fire. A travel cot with bedding, a high chair and changing matt are provided as is a range of reading and cookery books.

Sleeping accomodation consists of a master bedroom with king size bed, a twin room with 2 single beds and a single room with adult size bunk beds. Bathroom with over bath shower.

Gas central heating throughout.

The dining area opens onto a safe enclosed garden with furniture, parasol and a selection of childrens toys. Next to this is a large courtyard and seven acres of open land with swings - all set well back from the road. During summer our small friendly caravan site is perfect for children to play, take part in games and meet new friends.

Tan Llan also offers touring caravan and camping facilities, including 20 hookups and a shower block.
