The Berkeley is a family friendly guesthouse where you can be assured of a warm welcome and a hearty breakfast.
The Berkeley has 12 rooms which include 3 family rooms sleeping 3 or 4 persons. All rooms are en-suite and the fabulous Sunset Suite boasts a 4 poster bed and large bay window overlooking the bay and the Lake District hills.
Family rooms have tv/dvd combo's for when the little ones want some quiet time.
Theres a guest lounge where you can take some hard earned quiet time away from the hustle and bustle or you can relax in our licensed bar where you will find an enticing range or beers wines and spirits at very competitive prices.
We also have a range of games for all the family to play, be it in the bar or on the beach from cards and darts to volley ball, buckets and spades and fishing nets.

Area description
The Berkeley is situated at the South end of Morecambe promenade only a 5 minute stroll away from the busy town centre.
Directly across from the beach and near to the play areas, you wont be lost for something to do.
The stops for the major bus routes are close by and the train station is only a 5 minute walk.
There are no strangers at the Berkeley, just friends that haven't yet met.
