Door to garage which features a full size table tennis table and large fridge freezer. Garden room which leads to outside seating area.

First Floor

Featuring a large well appointed lounge with comfortable corner sofa and armchair, Coffee tables, a dining table with seating for 6 and a flat screen TV with DVD/CD player. The snug leads off from the lounge where there is a play- station.

The main family bathroom has a Mira excel shower over the bath with a glass splash screen, WC, hand basin and a backlit shaving mirror with shaving point.

Second Floor

The top floor is home to the three bedrooms and the shower room. The large master bedroom has a king size double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with reading lights. Bedroom two has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables with reading lights. Bedroom three has two single beds a chest of draws and a bedside cabinet with reading light.

Also there is a shower room featuring a Mira excel shower, WC, hand basin and backlit shaving mirror with shaving point.

Travel cot and high chair provided. A BBQ is also provided.
