Suitable for business people visiting “Harrogate the Conference Town” or holidaymakers visiting the area, it is within easy reach of Leeds, York and Bradford. Leeds/Bradford Airport is just 30 minutes away.

The Coach House has been sympathetically converted to a high standard, retaining original features. It benefits from central heating and double-glazing. The property is ideally situated for exploring Harrogate, Knaresborough, York, Otley, Ilkley and the Yorkshire Dales. The North Yorkshire Coast is approximately 60 miles away, where Whitby, Bridlington, Scarborough, Filey and Robin Hoods Bay are well worth a visit.
Access to the cottage is from the main drive via the front door. This opens into the light spacious kitchen/ diner. The well-equipped kitchen/diner has French windows, which open, onto the private garden, where guests are welcome to sit and relax or dine alfresco on the properties own patio area.
