Property description
a converted stable block, is a Grade II Listed Building dating back to 1740. It is situated in pleasent surrondings with many amenities within easy walking distance.
We offer excellent Self-Catering Holiday Accommodation.
A Welcome Pack is provided on your arrival. (Sorry, no pets are allowed).
Penkridge, Staffordshire, is situated between Junction 12 and Junction 13 of the M6 Motorway.
Open all year, is listed 3 Star Self-Catering with EnjoyEngland.com, and accommodates 2/4 guests.
Children are welcome, but we do not have facilities for very young babies.
General Information: The cottage has full central heating, mains water, electric and gas.
The accommodation consists of:
On the Ground Floor - Entrance Hallway with cloaks, Shower and Toilet facilities off, Kitchen/Diner - Fully fitted with modern domestic items - gas cooker, dish washer, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, and fan assisted heater. All kitchen utensils are provided - geared to
ensure ease and comfort during your stay.
1st Floor -
Carpeted throughout -
Landing - with library area - or you can just relax.
Lounge - complete with sofa and easy chair, studio couch, modern lighting, electric fan assisted fire, coffee table, colour T.V. (with digital box), video, radio/CD/Tape player.
1 Bedroom - consisting of double bed, wardrobe, four drawer dresser with small mirror, two bedside cupboards with lights, free standing full length mirror.
All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. You may of course bring along your own linen etc., if you wish.
Outside - Enclosed secure parking area of one vehicle, and use of garden.
Smoke Alarms are fitted to Regulations - Fire Extinguishers/Fire Blanket
We would ask visitors to note that the "Coach House Cottage" is a non- smoking dwelling.
Letting is on a weekly basis commencing on Friday from 3.00pm until 10.30am the following Friday
Midweek and weekend bookings can be made by arrangement.

The Coach House Cottage, being a Grade II Listed Building, cannot offer prospective disabled persons total access, as we would wish.
We will offer our advice to all prospective guests.
Please ask any questions before making a reservaion if you are at all doubtful, since we would not like to take a booking for anyone, which might prove unsuitable.

Parking:
is available in front of the Coach House Cottage for one vehicle. Acess from Station Road is via a double ornamental gateway.
Garden:
The garden is approached from the rear stable-door.
The rear garden does have a garden pond which is approximately 6 feet (approx 1.85 mtrs) deep in the centre, and parents should make children aware of the dangers of a pond.
The Coach House Cottage conforms to all
Statutory Regulations - Smoke Alarms etc.,
and is a non-smoking dwelling.
