Property description
The Granary has been tastefully converted and includes wooden floors and high vaulted ceilings throughout. We offer two large double rooms and a smaller twin room all en-suite.
AUTUMN - Our larger double with kingsize bed, and a large en-suite with double size shower. The room looks over the rear of the property and has lovely views.
SUMMER - This is a lovely room with huge en-suite bathroom including a roll-top bath as well as a double size shower. This room is on the front with nice outlook.

Area description
Talgarth is set in a beautiful part of the country being inside the Brecon Beacons National Park and also being at the foot of the Black Mountains. There are many mountain bike routes in and around Talgarth with the only Black route in the National Park. The choice for walkers is infinite from climbing Pen-y-Fan, the highest of the Beacons or strolling by the river or canal. The Granary has several walks from our own doorstep. Driving is a pleasure, for the roads are very quiet and the views are spectacular. There are also many activities in the area including gliding just up the road, golf, horse-riding, canoeing, bird watching.

Access statement
The Granary welcomes enquiries from less active guests and we are happy to discuss any additional requirements you may have. Car parking is on a level gravel surface at the front of the barn with a single step into the property. The ground floor is level throughout with the guests' lounge and dining room All our accommodation is on the first floor with solid wooden floors upstairs and down. Access is by a wide wooden staircase with a half landing after 7 steps. Both the rooms and corridors are well lit for ease of mobility with low lighting during bedtime hours. Night lights are available on request. Fridge space for medication is always available if required. Tourist information is available in the lounge and we will always help wherever possible to make your stay an enjoyable one.
