Developed from a Mid-Victorian house originally built for a Mayor of Brecon, the Grade 2 listed Grange impresses with an air of understated quality: many of the original Victorian features are still to be seen, though in the context of a comfortably modernised home. The dining room, recently restored with original plasterwork can welcome 18 guests, who can sit down to a widely varied breakfast.

A variety of bedrooms are offered, most with en-suite shower and toilet facilities, and all rooms are equipped with modern televsions incorporating a DVD player. A fully stocked hospitality tray compliments the brightly coloured and freshly laundered linen.

Outside at the rear an extensive patio garden is available for guests with tables and chairs for twelve, and umbrellas when required against the sun. Beyond, a large safe carpark and secure bikestore provide complete peace of mind for guests and their transport.
