The Old Granary, Falmouth

The Old Granary is set within a courtyard of barns and cottages including the owners home which is adjacent. The Old Granary has its own small garden and patio area and you are also welcome to explore the land. Enjoy some pleasant walks from the land to the nearby Argal Lake (coarse fishing) and childrens playground, and in the evenings enjoy a BBQ in the garden or visit one of the many local family pubs serving good food.
The upside down accommodation offers two bedrooms: 1 king-size double with en-suite shower room with WC, and 1 small double. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Utility cupboard area with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge upstairs with integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave rangemaster oven, Tv with freeview and dvd in the lounge.

Bed linen, towels, electric, internet connection and central heating are included. 1 small dog by arrangement with owners (dogs accepted October - March, regret not at other times).
Outside: there are steps from the kitchen/diner down to a private garden and patio area with garden furniture and bbq.
There is ample parking in an adjacent private gravelled courtyard overlooking fields with grazing horses.
Changeover day is a Friday. Check out is by 10am and check in is at 4pm.
