Situated in a lovely location on the edge of town overlooking the Holkham Estate and the pine trees.
GROUND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION- Large open plan KITCHEN/DINING ROOM with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and retro fridge/freezer, portable music player, antique pine farmhouse table for 8 guests. Sofa and wicker chairs.
REAR HALL- giving access to rear decking area overlooking Holkam meadows, wooden patio furniture to seat 8 people.
LARGE BATHROOM- heated towel rail, w/c, basin, illuminated mirror cabinet, large bath and very large shower.
UNDER STAIRS CUPBOARD- with coat hanging, travel cot , high chair, cleaner and patio umbrella.
1ST FLOOR ACCOMMODATION LOUNGE- beautifully furnished large lounge with 2 large red leather sofas and contemporary oak furniture, flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player. selection of books DVD's and games. Large opening patio doors with juliet balcony and views out towards the harbour.
DOUBLE BEDROOM-double bed with padded linen headboard, large oak drawers and wardrobe and french style bedside cabinets.
BATHROOM- with toilet, sink, illuminated mirror cabinet , shower and heated towel rail.
2ND FLOOR BATHROOM- with toilet, sink, heated towel rail, large bath with shower screen and wall mounted shower, illuminated mirror cabinet and lovely painted shelf.
PAUL SMITH DOUBLE BEDROOM- so called because of the striped upholstered bed head and matching tub chair, antique french painted grey furniture comprising large wardrobe chest of drawers and pretty bedside cabinets, lovely views out to sea and the harbour.
TWIN ROOM- with large beautiful carved painted bed head, antique pine double wardrobe, antique grey painted drawers and matching cabinets, lovely view towards the harbour This room can be used as a double or twin room.
TWIN ROOM- this is the smallest of the bedrooms and has full sized antique pine sleigh beds and a large antique pine cupboard with shelves for folded clothing, lovely views over the fields and the Holkham Estate.
N.B All bed linen, bath mats and tea towels are provided. Bath towels are NOT provided.

The Pilchard is a short walk from Wells Quay, which is still a working harbour and from which you can go crabbing, or hire a boat and go fishing or just watch the boats come in and unload their catch.
Wells high street offers an array of shops, cafes, pubs and wonderful award winning restaurants
Take a walk or catch the little train to the beautiful beach with its colourful beach huts and amazing sand.
The area is a wonderful base from which to explore the lovely North Norfolk coast, which is famous for its big blue skies, fabulous beaches and nature reserves, which are a favourite for bird watchers.
Country estates include Holkham, Sandringham, Blickling and Felbrigg
Take a short boat trip and visit the seals from Blakeney/ Morston
The whole area is a paradise for walkers with numerous pubs serving good local produce, or hire a bike from the high street and explore further afield
If you are feeling less energetic catch the coast hopper bus and let someone else do the driving while you relax and watch North Norfolk go by!
Carnival week is usually the first Saturday in August and it's a whole week of activities and frivolities including music in the evenings
Sheringham has a gym and indoor swimming pool with wave machine.
You can also catch the train from the station to Norwich, which is a lovely ride along the coast and Norfolk Broads with a courtesy bus from the station into town with its lovely market, shops and visitor attractions.
