Property description
Audrey, Cygnus and Ibis, romantically named after carriages on the Orient Express, offer a holiday you won't forget. Made to the highest specification, every detail has been chosen with loving care, from the country oak floors and barrelled ceilings to the traditional railway light fittings and flat screen TV.
A large and comfortable leather corner suite lends itself to cosy evenings in whilst the dining area and fitted kitchen make mealtimes a pleasure.
Children adore sleeping in the bunkroom whilst the adults have a double bedroom with storage galore, a dressing table, a full length mirror and, of course, a hairdryer!
All beds are made with high quality cotton linen and the whole carriage is furnished with ridiculously expensive curtains!
Each carriage is surrounded by self-enclosed decking complete with patio furniture and a parasol for when the lovely Lincolnshire skies brighten our days with glorious sunshine.
All guests have use of our BBQ hut and Buschbecke barbecue.
You may choose to hire the bouncy castle for the children.
You may also wish to hire our cycles and explore the stunning countryside at your leisure. Relax with a drink and ice creams from our shop on your return...

Area description
Nestled on the edge of The Lincolnshire Wolds, we are in an ideal setting close to both coast and Wolds so you don't have to compromise!
Set halfway betwixt the quaint market town of Louth and the bustling seaside resort of Cleethorpes, you are close to village and town yet the unspoilt countryside surrounding you means you can feel a million miles away...far from the madding crowd!
A real haven of peace and tranquillity, the heritage steam line next door runs one day a week and adds to the unique atmosphere.
Ideal location for walking and cycling, fishing and golf opportunities abound. We are surrounded by quaint market towns with all their antique shops and tearooms and there are many attractions in the area from working windmills to animal farms for the children to go-karting to the thrills and spills of Pleasure Island, Cleethorpes' amusement park. Donna Nook seal sanctuary is now famous for it's abundance of seals (Oct-Dec) and birdwatchers are delighted by the multitude of different species that reside here.
All highlighted by the coveted vistas of the large Lincolnshire skies.

Access statement
All carriages are one level. Audrey and Ibis have two steps to reach the access door, Cygnus has a wheelchair ramp to the door and also a pull-cord alarm system. We try to cater for everyone, please enquire if you have specific needs.
