The Guesthouse is centrally heated and open all year round.
We have Direct Dial telephones in each room and wireless access to e-mail and internet services.
To the left we overlook the harbour , Rhyl and Colwyn Bay are across the bay to our right.
We are only 2 minutes from the main thru route - the A55. Snowdon and the Isle of Anglesey are but a 30-minute drive. Chester, Conwy, and the many other sights and attractions of North and Mid Wales are within easy reach.
From Llandudno bus tours go in all directions and trains are frequent. There is a 6-mile bike route outside our door and walking to Rhos or Colwyn is level.
On the first floor we have one double bedroom. On the upper two floors we have 12 bedrooms, 11 en-suite and 1 with a private bathroom All rooms have a colour TV / VCR, tea and coffee making facilities, clock radios CD player and hairdryer. . We have air conditioning in all rooms. Please note that we have no lift..This room on the first floor can be used as either a family room or a bed/sitting room for a couple.
4 rooms are suitable for family use and some rooms with a view of the sea are also available. We have a reception and lounge seating area with complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day. Videos are available here and there is a wide selection of leaflets and information about North Wales and surrounding area.

We have a reputation for excellent food. Tony, the resident chef, presents a dinner menu that changes daily and stresses Welsh cuisine, plus a few surprises from other parts of the world.

Maria looks after the dining-room service and house-keeping. Trained in a first-class Middle-East environment she ensures high standards of personal service and cleanliness. Maria is also responsible for arrangement of flowers and baskets and has won FIRST PRIZE for Colwyn in Bloom
A substantial breakfast is a Welsh tradition and we follow this with an extensive breakfast menu. Some people like to choose exactly what they want for breakfast and there is a choice of 32 separate items.. All items are freshly cooked to order.


We have a comfortable licensed bar for residents and their guests.
