Located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Tracey Mill sits on a quiet country lane yet only a 10 minute stroll from the bustling market town of Honiton. We can offer a choice of double ensuite bedrooms,each with TV and hospitality tray.
The Miller's Room is situated in the original Miller's House and benefits from a contemporary en-suite shower room. It has a southerly aspect with views across the lane to the paddock beyond where Pheasants can often be seen.
In The Leat Room, exposed timbers and creaking floorboards all add to the character of this bedroom created in a wing of the original Mill building. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a dual aspect with wonderful views of our Trout Farm and of the Otter Valley to the woods beyond.
Adjacent to The Leat Room is The Sack Room, a cosy little room fitted with full sized bunk beds and ideal for children. It shares the en-suite facilities with The Leat Room, but has a separate door so that parents need not be disturbed during the night. Together they make an ideal family suite.
We are proud of using locally sourced ingredients in our delicious 'Aga Cooked' breakfasts. Free range eggs, home cured bacon and rare breed pork sausages are often included on the menu. Continental breakfast also available if preferred.
We believe Tracey Mill is a little bit of 'Heaven in Devon' and what better way of relaxing than stolling through the grounds and finding your own special place to watch the fish play, listen to the waterfall or doze off in the hammock.
