The Lodge has been completely refurbished in Spring 2007 and comprises of a modern open plan living area with a large L shaped leather suite; the dining area has a large solid pine dining table with seating for at least 6 people and a fully fitted kichen with integrated appliances (including dishwasher, washing machine, double oven, fridge/freezer & microwave).

Bedrooms consist of one double bedroom with kingsize bed, the room also benefits from an en-suite shower room with shower toilet and vanity hand basin. The two twin bedded rooms have fullsized single beds, drawers and wardrobes.

The lodge has a further bathroom with a large bath, overhead shower, toilet and hand basin.

The property has full central heating and is double glazed.

The living area has two sets of french/patio doors leading out onto decked area.

The Lodge is elevated and completly secluded with extensive decking all around. There is a large sun deck with table, chairs and sunloungers.

There is parking for 3 cars in the private driveway. The lodge is perfectly situated for a peaceful holiday whilst being close to the major visitor attractions for those who want to explore the Lake District.
