Treetops is a fully equipped, secluded four double bedroom holiday flat with garden situated in Hayle, on the north coast of West Cornwall. Close to 3 miles of beautiful beach and close to St Ives, St Michael’s Mount, Penzance and Truro. There are many National Trust properties and areas of outstanding beauty just a short drive away. The Eden Project is less than an hour by car.

The Accommodation consists of: two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with bath and separate shower, sink and WC, the second with a sink, shower and WC. The property benefits from gas fired central heating, a lounge with TV, Video and DVD player, a separate dinning room, kitchen with gas double oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. A Playstation with a large selection of games is installed in one of the larger bedrooms. There is off street parking for up to 3 cars and a covered area, under the sun deck, for the hanging of Wet Suits etc.

The garden has two small ponds and a sun deck so is not suitable for toddlers. The one flight of internal stairs in the flat may not be suitable for those with arthritic conditions.

Bed linen and tea towels are provided.

The maximum occupancy is 8 persons.

On the South East side of St Ives Bay Hayle is blessed with three miles of golden sands, starting at Hayle estuary and ending at the picturesque Godrevy Island with its noted Lighthouse. Nearby Lelant Saltings and the Copperhouse Pool are renown RSPB locations for sighting wading birds of all varieties.

The whole of the three miles of beach are patrolled by Lifeguards (in season) and provide an ideal location to participate in all forms of watersports including surfing, body boarding and kite surfing (when the wind is in the right direction!). There are a number of surfing schools and equipment hire shops in the locality who are open for business all year round.

Newquay airport is approximately 45 minutes away.
