Our ground floor south facing Cottage Apartment offers comfortable accommodation. It is spotlessly clean and fully furnished and equipped to the highest standard. Parking is adjacent to the apartment. Just outside is a sunny seating area which overlooks gardens and is available for your individual use.
As resident owners we personally manage the apartment to ensure you have a real 'Home from Home' holiday. Many of our guests return year after year and recommend us to their friends and family.
LOUNGE/DINER
The large south facing lounge has a double glazed picture window and a door leading to the private outside seating area which overlooks the pretty, secluded gardens. There is a digital colour television with DVD, dining table and chairs, and two sofas. For parties of more than two there is an extremely comfortable, and well concealed double wall bed and wardrobe which blend with the lounge decor. Duvet and bed linen are provided. There are two electric radiators with individual thermostatic control for those out of season short breaks.
KITCHEN
Nicely decorated with large double glazed window. The kitchen is well equipped with all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. There is an electric cooker with oven and grill and a microwave. There is a fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster, fire extinguisher and fire blanket. Currently there is no washing machine or dishwasher. However, there is a launderette in Liskeard.
BEDROOM
Luxurious zip & link king-size bed or, if requested prior to arrival, beds can be made up as two singles. A large double glazed window which overlooks pretty, well maintained gardens with an abundance of flowers in the summer. Duvets and bed linen are provided and all beds are made up ready for your arrival. Please note: Cot linen and blankets are not provided.
SHOWER-ROOM
Fully tiled shower room with shower, toilet and basin. There is a wall mounted electric heater and shaver point. Bath mats and towels are provided at no extra cost.
GENERAL
Night Storage Heating and hot water is free. For your convenience an iron and ironing board, radio, alarm clock, wall clocks, smoke alarm, a selection of books and games and visitor information is also included. The apartment is perfect for two but can easily and comfortably accommodate up to four adults and a baby. A high chair and cot are also provided.

THE LOCAL AREA
From the end of our drive you can catch one of the regular buses to Looe or Polperro. From Looe you can catch a bus or take a scenic train ride to Liskeard, Plymouth and beyond.
Pelynt village is one mile away. It has two general grocery shops and can supply all day to day requirements including newspapers, a local butcher, post office, cash machine and video library. There are also two churches, hairdressers, a 16th century pub, restaurant and garage with petrol sales.
The twin towns of East and West Looe, are two miles away and is divided by the Looe river, it boasts a wide variety of shops, banks, restaurants, pubs and a post office. Wandering through the streets or along the river leads you to a glorious sandy beach.
Polperro is also two miles away and is a quaint fishing village. Well known as an artist's paradise. There are often exhibitions taking place in the village. Explore its narrow streets to the harbour and take the horse bus back.
We are situated in the quiet hamlet of Trelawne just over a mile from Talland Bay with its idyllic beach and the beautiful South East Cornish coast-path which takes you through stunning scenery to Looe & Polperro. These picturesque fishing town & village are both just over two miles away. We are an ideal base for visiting the numerous tourist attractions throughout Cornwall and Devon, many are within a 30 minute drive. Cornwall offers something for everyone. Explore the towns, villages, gardens or National Trust Historic Houses such as Lanhyrock House. Visit the Eden Project or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Relax on the beach or enjoy a meal in one of the local cafes, restaurants or pubs. Take a boat trip from Looe or Polperro, walk the coastal paths or play a round of golf. Or just relax at Garden Edge.
There are so many things to see and do. The East, South, West and North of Cornwall are all within reach. The city of Plymouth, Devon with it's myriad of shops is a 40 minute drive away.
For the more adventurous, try sailing, horse riding, sea fishing, scuba-diving, or tennis or take a boat trip from Looe or Polperro. There is lots of visitor information in the apartment available for you to browse through at your leisure.
