Gardens: Cornwall probably boasts some of the best gardens in the whole of England. Most weeks see a group choosing to visit one of these truly stunning attractions. Probably the best known are The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trevarno, Glendurgan and Trebah - all on the south coast where the climate is much kinder to sub tropical plants, many brought back back from across the world by early explorers. Cornwall has a garden to suit everyone.

Flambards: The Flambards Experience is a smaller theme park with a difference - there is something for all to do no matter what the weather, from the fun of the fair to the horrors of Britain in the Blitz or a trip back in time to the Victorian Village.

Newquay Zoo: Visit Newquay Zoo and enjoy the Animal Encounter. You never know, but a python may become just a little bit friendly - not to mention Football the goat who eats anything!

Dingles: If you are fascinated by old steam and traction engines then this is just the place for you. It is a fascinating reminder of times when steam provided the power for almost any type of equipment.

Beaches: The north coast of Cornwall is spoilt for beaches, from Boscastle to the famous Fistral, the visitor is always in awe. The wild North coast beaches with their sea bird calls and craggy outcrops plunging into the restless sea provide spectacular scenes when the winds blow hard. Sit quietly and watch with wonder the Gannets diving for their lunch.

Eden Project: The Biomes of the Eden Project provide a Tropical climate as well as a Temperate one, much like the Mediterranean.
