Property description
We have 2 comfortably furnished bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin- each with its own bathroom. Each bedroom has coffee and tea making facilities, freeview TV and hairdryers plus free Wi Fi.
Guests are given a key and can come and go as they please. They are welcome to use the breakfast room and conservatory to sit in and there is also the use of a secluded garden on fine days, where there are stunning views across the fields.
There is also ample parking. For walkers we will provide a drop off/pick up service for luggage and packed lunches - all on request.
We have a wonderful network of footpaths all around us to take you either to the beaches at Maenporth on one side of us or the Helford River on the other. We also have Trebah, Glendurgan and Carwinion Gardens on our doorstep and places such as Eden and the lost Gardens at Heligan ar only an hour away. In fact you can reach almost everywhere in Cornwall within an hour from us.

Area description
Being in the heart of Daphne du Maurier and Rosamund Pilcher country, there are lots of places to visit - all within an hour of us such as Eden, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Minack Theatre, St Ives - to name but a few.
We also have Trebah, Glendurgan and Carwinion Gardens on our doorstep.
From Falmouth you can take the boat accross to St Mawes or up the Fal river to Truro or up to Frenchmans Creek. The seal sanctuary is close by as well as Falmouth Castle.
