-Lounge with 2 x sofa beds. TV, Video, DVD, Freeview and Stereo. Books and a few board games. Large patio door looking onto garden.
-Master bedroom, King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and pull out single bed if required.
-Well equipped kitchen with Gas oven and hob, under counter fridge and microwave. Dining area and table to seat 5.(freezer in utility)
-Bathroom with twin wash hand basins, bath with electric shower and mains fed power shower above, + toilet.
-Oil fired central heating throughout.
-Heating and electric included.
-Bed linen provided.

Ty Gwyn 2 - Sleeps 2 - 7+ cot

-24ft Lounge with solid Oak flooring, large L shape sofa, 2 seater and single sofas. 37” flat screen TV, Video, DVD, Freeview/freesat, Stereo, Wii, phone jack to plug laptop/ipod into stereo. Books and a few board games. Large concertina folding patio door which opens full width of lounge and is great for letting the outside in during the summer.
-Master bedroom, King size bed, two large fitted wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers and carpeted.
-Bedroom 2, This room sleeps up to 5 people having 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 normal bunk bed and one of which has a double bed underneath the single top bunk, carpeted room with large wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.
-Fully fitted kitchen, with integrated dishwasher, Large American style fridge freezer with icemaker and chilled water dispenser, large professional range type cooker with gas griddle and 4 ring burners + 2 full size electric ovens (one fan assisted), Microwave, blender, breadmaker and well equipped. Large dining table
-Bathroom with twin wash hand basins, large bath with electric shower above, separate wet floor walk in shower with power shower, toilet and airing cupboard.
-Oil fired central heating throughout.
-Heating and electric included.
-Bed linen provided.
