Set high on the cliffs of Cardigan Bay just outside the bustling seaside town of New Quay, our working sheep farm offers some of the best views in the area.
Set well away from any roads, this is a really safe environment for children with plenty of space for them to play ball games etc.

If you enjoy peace and tranquility, coupled wih magnificent views you will not be disappointed at Ty'r Ffynnon. Red kites and buzzards can be seen quite regularly over the farm and there are occasional sitings of foxes walking across one of our fields. Our large pond has an abundance of fish and also attracts beautiful dragon flies etc. as well as a heron - not quite such a welcome visitor.
There is a network of footpaths in the area and it is only a 10 minute walk onto the Cardigan Bay coastal path with sightings of seals and dolphins.
