Property description
Beautiful old cottage, modernised and refurbished to a high standard in 2007.
Three bedrooms (two double and one twin), all have colour TV, memory foam mattresses for added comfort and pure Egyptian cotton bedding.
Thick jumbo bath towels and beach towels all provided.
Large lounge/diner leading to a sun lounge.
Lounge has 32" LCD HD TV with FreeSat. DVD/Video player. CD/Radio. From there to an enclosed patio/garden with gas BBQ.
Fully equipped kitchen leading to a breakfast room.
Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Electric Oven, Gas Hob.
Large laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron, iron-board & airer.
Small library of books, videos and DVD's - suitable for all ages.
Internet provided by a Vodafone Dongle (Pay as you go), which can be hired with a refundable deposit. Bring your own Laptop.
Whirpool bathroom with WC and hand basin.
Shower room with wc and hand basin.
Jumbo thick bath towels provided.
Children are welcome and there is a cot, high-chair and stairgate available on request, at no extra charge.
No need to bring buckets or spades as they are available to use at the cottage - even a wind-break!
Saturday to Saturday change over.
Short breaks available from October to March (except Christmas/New Year and Bank Holidays).
Should you require a short break outside of this time period, please contact the owner. For any late bookings with availability a short break will be considered.
Short breaks £250 for 2 nights. £275 for 3 nights and £300 for 4 nights.
If you order your groceries from Tesco.com and arrange delivery after 10.30 on your day of arrival, the owner will take it in and put away any perishables. This will save you having to go shopping after a long journey.

Area description
Set in a quiet secluded spot, close to the Cornish Mining heritage. The old Dolcoath mine ruins can be seen from the cottage, as can South Crofty.
Great Flat Lode close by for wonderful walks.
Route 3 Cycle path runs along side the cottage.
Golden sandy beaches and the rugged north Cornish coast only 10 minutes away.
St Ives, Penzance and Newquay are only a 30 minute drive away.
