Hills Court Cottage, Croyde - Braunton

Hills Court Cottage stands on a large redoute above the medieval part of Braunton and has panoramic views and private grounds. It is an excellent base from which to explore North Devon and enjoy its blue flag sandy beaches - all of which are closeby. A beautiful and spacious 4 bedroomed property that provides the perfect setting for a wonderful family holiday . The house has been recently refurbished with modern bathrooms and a kitchen and has all the creature comforts that you would expect. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom including double sized shower and king size bed. There is a large front garden and a further lawned area and patio area at the rear of the property. There are 4 main beaches in the area (Saunton Sands, Croyde, Putsborough and woolacombe) ranging from a 5 to 15 minutes drive away. The beaches at Croyde and Woolacombe regularly win awards for cleanliness and safety and are manned by lifeguards throughout the summer months. Most of the region appears to be untouched by time as sleepy, windy lanes reveal thatched roofed cottages and historic buildings and villages such as Lynton in the north of the region and Hartland and Clovelly in the south. The village of Croyde has many examples of cob walled, thatched cottages.

The Clifton is a licensed, green "home from home" in a perfect level location just off the sea front and round the corner from shops and stations. Free WiFi throughout.  

One Fair Place, Chiselborough

One Fair Place, Chiselborough, is built in local golden hamstone,and is situated in a quiet, picturesque village. There is excellent walking from the cottage and excellent food at the village pub, The Cat Head Inn. The lounge has a log-burning stove, Sky television, radio, and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pretty terraced cottage garden, with lawns, haerbaceous borders and a small upper patio. The main bedroom has a four poster double bed, whilst the other has twin beds. The bathroom has a bath, an electric shower, heated towel rail and a shaver point. There is spacious private parking just outside the cottage. Many National Trust properties, cider mills, classic gardens, Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm museum and Sparkford Motor Museum are nearby. Dorset coast is only twenty miles away.
