Situated within Scotland first National Park the Old Smiddy Cottage is built over Ballagan burn. The accommodation is all on one level. A well equipped kitchen, central heating throughout, a very comfortable sitting room with Black Watch tartan carpet. Flat screen cable tv + free WiFi. Picturesque view of the burn from window. Both bedrooms are en-suite and fitted with mirror wardrobes, freeview LED televisions, radio/alarm, electric blankets. Shaver points. Double room is also a family room with double sofa bed which would accommodate one additional adult or two small children. Cottage sleeps 4/5. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Lovely fresh eggs from our Smiddy hens available.
