Sole Bay Cottage occupies a prime position on South Green, offering views of the sea over the Green and is neighbour to the Red Lion public house. The house provides ample accommodation for up to 8 persons, with the possibility of a ninth on a single futon, and is available for rent. Subject to availability it might be possible to rent a friend's beach hut to coincide with bookings. The hut is close to the steps to the beach at South Green. There is no garden, but the house is one of the few in Southwold with access to the beach without crossing a road. The rear yard is excellent for the storage of bicycles.

Olde Banke House is a unique listed property boasting a prime position in Southwold, located at the desirable market end of the High Street. Sleeps six people. Available throughout the year, including Christmas and New Year. Outstanding quality accommodation is provided in this first floor and second floor apartment which had recently been decorated and furnished to a high standard. The property is located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away! The Olde Banke House has been equipped to a high standard. Set over three floors, it is very spacious yet at the same time very homely and comfortable.
